I was remembering this song and show today when my co-teacher and I were discussing our HS Choir. We both agreed that the show is funny and this song is lovely.
This piece is written for string quartet and solo clarinet. In this video smalin shows the clarinet with a live yellow line. I especially appreciate that we can see when the soloist is silent.
